Who We Are
The NforH team is a close group of creative professionals that live, love, and work in Austin, Texas. We are active, engaged, family members, listeners, friends, jokesters, and more. We are passionate about partnering with good people and organizations to produce exceptional work and products that improves the world around us.
What We Do
Our skills are specific and fine-tuned. We are specialists, not generalists. We believe Nature provides perfectly acceptable health solutions needing only our assistance for processing, packaging and distributing what it produces. Our staff is led by dedicated individuals having spent years researching and using nutraceuticals. It is not enough to know plants contain healing properties. One must also appreciate the geography, climate, and soil conditions to fully understand their efficacious qualities. This is what we do!
Why We Do It
That's simple. We exist to create things that enrich lives of individuals and communities. It isn't enough to make something that can be sold. We endeavor towards work that generates results, and ultimately changes lives for the better, doing no harm in the process.

Relationships are our building blocks. Starting with growers, thru vendors, our team members, and most importantly our customers, we endeavor to not just get the best, but create the best. Because for us, success is measured by positive experiences, not greenbacks. Therefore, we do all we can to enrich our customer's experience. If we are successful at that, our rewards will be bountiful.
Quality Over Quantity
Mental energy is a depletable resource, so we concentrate our time and talent on fewer projects/products. A greater investment on our part, but we're not running a nutraceuticals "puppy mill". Too, prioritizing quality over quantity supports our other core values.
Never Stop Learning
We encourage our team to learn: to pursue their passions, listen to one another, and access new knowledge wherever it might be hidden. We start by asking a simple question: How can we make it better?
Company Co-founders and Current Executive Board
Robert Badeen, R.Ph.
Robert earned a degree in Pharmacology from the University of Oklahoma in 1975. After graduation, Robert joined with Sam Walton of the Wal-Mart Corporation to open one of the first chain pharmacies in Oklahoma. In the 1980s, Robert worked as an executive with Proctor and Gamble Corporation in its special chemicals division. Here he developed an expertise in manufacturing, research, and domestic and international markets.
He is the chief developer of our nutraceutical products. With more than 45 years of experience ranging from project manager for a Fortune 500 company with hands-on clinical trial experience to private practice Robert is a key piece to the NforH framework. His unique experience imbues him with the specific expertise to develop our products. In his private practice, Robert counseled many patients who suffered from the ineffectiveness or the toxic side effects from pharmaceutical treatment. This one-on-one approach resulted in a variety of nutraceutical formulae tailored for specific patient relief. It is with this experience and his leadership that NforH endeavors to seek out and develop botanical formulae that will be more universally effective for all our customers.
Ken Gould
Ken graduated with a Business and Telecommunication degrees from Indiana University in 1984. He has been in sales and marketing for 30 years. In 1990 Ken opened and continues to operate, as a sole proprietor, a computer business functioning under the name Mac Alliance. Mac Alliance specializes in selling, servicing and supporting Apple computers and related peripherals. Ken is responsible for all facets of the business's operation. He is in charge or oversees marketing, budgeting purchasing, hiring, accounting, and company tax issues. He also works directly with customers which work spans the spectrum from creating smiles to solving problems.
Ken brings a vast experience and a warehouse of knowledge to the Nutraceuticals for Health L.L.C. project.
