Returns

While we urge you to take the entire product you've purchased because the benefits of some products are not obvious when less than a total regime has been completed, NutraceuticalsforHealth.com appreciates that you might need to return an order. Simply return the unopened product, or the unused portion of the product, in its original container. We'll refund 100% of the total cost of the product(s) purchased if your return is within 30 days of the date the original tracking information shows your receipt of the product. If the return is necessary because we made a mistake we will gladly refund postage costs. Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Please let us know why you are returning the product so we might learn how to better serve you and all our customers in the future. Remember to include information with the return that will allow us to identify you and the account to which the return should be made. Please note: all returns valued at $250 or more will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Prior to shipping your return, call us at 512.297.0506 so we can provide a Return Authorization Number. Please display this RAN prominently on the outside of the box. Your assistance in this way will help us in expediting the return process.

Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeated return patterns indicative of abuse.

Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item. Check and money order purchases will be refunded by check. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days.
